In 2026 our support desk continues telephone-first assistance for firmware, comms, and spares queries on MS1 matrix, VAS, and tunnel lane products. Thermotor offer a full service from design and build, to installation of our signs and systems. We also offer a comprehensive after sales service which is handled by our maintenance and repair teams. We are able to offer a full installation service including ancillary equipment such as posts, feeder pillars, slot cutting and ducting. Hardware and software are fully supported and complimented by our in-house test and repair facility.
